Mr.Kelvin Lau Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the Group
Mr.Kelvin Lau is responsible for the overall business development of the Group. He has succeeded in designing many strategic planning and requisitions for the company. Mr. Lau also has substantial experience and knowledge of the Internet industry and of investment in technology companies. He obtained a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School.

Ms. Celina Luan Vice-president of the Group
Joining the Group in 2001, Ms. Celina Luan was successively appointed positions in human resource, business execution and company management and she is very familiar with the overall operation of the Group. She was appointed as human resource director in AMD. Obtaining bachelor’s degree in human resource from Nanjing University of Science & Technology .

Mr. Ivan Chang Vice-president of the Group
Mr. Chang joined the group in 2007 as Group VP. Previously he once took the position of the manager of Pacific Century Insurance Holdings Ltd., the manager of Fortis Insurance Company Asia Ltd. Mr. Chang obtained the Certificate of General Insurance Study from Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education and he is also the senior associate of Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.

Mr. Solla Wen Deputy General Manager of IPS
Mr. Solla Wen is an Internet senior expert. He was the vice president of www.116.com.cn, the broad band portal site of CNC group; BD Director of eSamsung China; CEO of the online game www.PengPengI.com.

Mr. Steven Chen Deputy General Manager of IPS
He has successfully appointed as project manager, senior engineer in Research Institute 3 of Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Kaitonghua Net and some companies related to telecommunication and the e-commerce industry. After joining IPS in 2003, he has been in charge of technical, operation and risk-control department of the company. Steven Chen has made great achievements in customer resource and operation.

Mr. Leslie Tan Deputy General Manager of IPS
Leslie entered the Internet industry in 1998, has a lot of industry resources and experience. After joining IPS in 2001, Leslie was in charge of project development of e-payment industry. At present, he is responsible for sales and marketing, strategic and product development of the company.

Mr. Sunny Cheung General Manager of IPS HK
Mr. Cheung joined the group in 2005. With more than 13 years solid experiences in telecommunication and Information Technology fields , Mr.Cheung once was the product manager of Wharf T&T Ltd., technical consultant of Asia Logistics Technologies Ltd., and Development Manager of Media 60X, etc. He got the BBA of IT from European University of Ireland, MBA(on –progress) of University of Leicester, the professional certification of CCSA and CCNA.

MS. Jenny Chan General Manager of Universal iPayment China Ltd.
Mr. Cheung joined the group in 2005 as General Manager of IPSHK, with responsibility for the corporate development and strategy planning for oversea market. He has over 15 years of varied experience in diverse portfolios ranging from International Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Project Management and Technical Consulting. In past decade years, most of his time spent traveling between Asia Pacific to cooperate work with customers.
Mr. Cheung holds a bachelor’s degree in Information System from European University of Ireland.

Mr. Weiguo Huang General Manager of Hyle Maestro Wooding (Shanghai) Ltd.（HMW）
He joined HMW in 2000 to start new business and since 2006 he has been comprehensively responsible for business development of the Group.
